Information we collect

• Google account: your name, email address and Google account ID when you sign in. We never receive your Google password.
• Business details: the business name and phone number you enter when you register.
• Operational data: the records you and your staff enter into the system (for example queues, visitors, customers or transactions).
• Payments: processed by ToyyibPay. We keep only the bill reference, amount and status - never your bank or card details.
• APK devices: a random device ID, the device model and the app version, for licensing.

Data separation

Every business has its own separate database. Your data is never shared with or shown to other customers. In the APK version, operational data is stored on your device only.

Use

Information is used to provide the service, manage subscriptions and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.
